Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bharat Restaurant OS (the "Service"), operated by Pitale Robotics in partnership with Rowido LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bharat Restaurant OS is a restaurant operating platform that provides point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, billing, GST reporting, online ordering and team-management tools. The Service is currently offered in a pilot / early-access phase and is provided on an evolving basis — features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

3. Trial and Subscription

We offer a free trial period (currently 14 days). After the trial, continued use may require a paid subscription under the plan you select. Fees, billing cycles and plan inclusions will be presented at sign-up or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service — your menu, orders, customers, inventory and reports. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit this data solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. GST and Compliance

The Service provides tools to help you prepare GST-related documents and reports (such as GSTR-1 JSON exports). These are aids only. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, filing and timeliness of your tax returns and for compliance with all applicable laws. We are not your tax advisor.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but during the pilot phase we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We recommend keeping local backups of critical operational records.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example payment providers, UPI, and aggregator platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data for a limited period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
